How do I verify my account?
Verification is Easy and Simple.
Login to your trading platform. You can login here.
Click on 'Account Verification' under your 'My Profile' tab when logged in. Next, click on 'Upload a New Document'
- You will need to upload an identity document that matches the name provided during registration. You can select to upload a Passport or National Identity Document or Driver's license. Select the document from the dropdown.
- You will need to upload a Utility Bill that states your address and name. Select 'Utility Bill' from the dropdown.
That's it. Once you have uploaded the documents, the account verification team will get back to you within 48 hours.
